Support Response Times

A new support team is in place for the 2026-2027 season. During the core racing season, we will respond to all tickets ASAP and work to resolve urgent issues as soon as possible. For less urgent issues we expect them to be resolved within 48 hours. We consider the core racing season to be January 1 through the end of March.

To help us diagnose your issue, please consider the following:

  • What Race are you having an issue with?
  • Make sure the Club/Org you select in the drop down is the proper one for this issue.
  • Were you able to re-load to continue? If so, what did you do?
  • How long can you wait to get results?
  • Can you leave the race in an unfinished load mode? This gives us the file you are trying to load in the system. We can use this to quickly identify the issue.
